5 private sessions- $350 ($70 each)

Private Sessions (One Hour)
 

Private Sessions are necessary in order for Lena to understand your body's needs and conditions, which may require specific exercise and attention. As a new client to the studio, it is important for her to determine the best method of meeting your personal fitness goals. After several private sessions you may opt to choose one of the semi-private options.

 

 

One Hour- $90

 

 
Packages:

 

5 sessions- $400 ($80 each)

 

10 sessions- $750 ($75 each)

 

20 sessions- $1,400 ($70)

 

Semi-Private Sessions (One Hour)
 

These sessions have up to three clients working at the same time. You begin with your warm-up exercises on the mat and progress to other equipment according to your personal fitness routine. Lena and/or her assistants will help you with exercises and correct as necessary. You will also learn new exercises along the way.

 

 

Pricing is based on number of sessions per week:

 

One class per week- $50

 

Two classes per week- $80 ($40 each)

 

Ten classes in four weeks- $330 ($33 each)

 

Twenty classes in eight weeks- $600 ($30 each)

 

Duets- $45 per person

(Limited to two clients per teacher)
